Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry program

GLOBAL VILLAGE

The Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry is an applied leadership, cross-cultural training program designed for young professionals and experienced students from across the world who share the dream of building a leadership career in business and industry, who hope to make a positive change in life, and who want to form an active and international network. The five-week summer program immerses its attendees, who hail from more than 45 countries, in interactive seminars, networking, business trips, consulting projects and cultural experiences.

Community Gardens and Urban Agriculture

Students and faculty involved in the South Side Initiative are improving access to fresh fruits and vegetables by providing local residents and members of the Lehigh community with convenient, inexpensive plots of land for gardening. One example is the Esperanza Garden along the Greenway, which is a student-driven project planned by the Community Leaders Initiative for Permaculture to celebrate the importance of fresh, local food.
