Annual Lehigh/Community Expo

Community and Regional Affairs and Student Activities sponsor the Annual Community & Club EXPO held the first day of class each fall semester. The EXPO showcases services and products of local merchants, offers opportunities to sample a wide range of traditional and ethnic foods, and introduces students to a variety of Lehigh clubs and local programs. It is a perfect opportunity for Lehigh students, faculty and staff to get to know their surrounding community.

The 19th Annual Community & Club Expo will be held on August 29, 2016 4pm - 6pm on the University Center Lawn. Rain Date is August 30, 2016.

If you are a merchant or local organization and would like to be featured in the EXPO, online registration will be available soon. Questions can be sent to Clubs and campus organizations should register through the Student Activities Office or call (610) 758-6670.

Faculty/Staff Day of Caring

Day of Caring is a program held once each semester to engage faculty/staff volunteers with various social service agencies near campus. Agencies benefit by getting much needed work done for the cost of materials. Volunteers gain an understanding and appreciation of local agencies.

South Bethlehem Greenway

Lehigh’s South Side Initiative is working with the City of Bethlehem and other community partners to turn a narrow trail of railroad tracks that once divided South Bethlehem into a scenic linear park and paved path that is now uniting the community. The South Bethlehem Greenway is a collaborative effort that has resulted in a beautiful and vibrant recreation space and is a popular destination for the campus and local community alike.
