A Message From President John D. Simon

Dear Members of the Lehigh Community:

While I already feel very much a part of Lehigh, today it becomes official as I join you as a member of the Lehigh community.

Lehigh is an extraordinary university -- one whose excellence has been built upon the hard work, creativity and intellectual vitality of its exceptional faculty and staff.

I am very honored and proud to be here.

In the months to come, we will celebrate 150 years of a proud history, and will look ahead to a shared journey as we define the future of this great university.

I hope to have the opportunity to speak with, get to know and work alongside many of you as we work to educate and inspire future leaders, create new knowledge that improves lives, and change our society and our world for the better.
