George Nation on the Constitutionality of Gun Control

Lehigh University finance and law professor George Nation teaches constitutional law to business students. A frequent contributor to the editorial pages, Nation discusses his thoughts on the 2nd Amendment and gun control within the United States, particularly what is and is not legal under current constitutional interpretation.

Nation believes the elimination of semiautomatic weapons and large magazines are not in violation of the Constitution.
What the media and politicians do not discuss, says Nation, is increased protection in areas where large crowd congregate. Nation argues for stronger efforts in this area.
