SHG Goalie Sales Commits to Lehigh

Charlie Sales, The State Journal-Register Central State Eight-Conference Soccer Player of the Year, has verbally committed to Lehigh University. The 6-foot-2 goalie chose the Division I program over Cincinnati, Connecticut, the University of Washington, South Florida, North Carolina State, St. Louis University, and numerous other schools. Sales says he picked Lehigh for a variety of reasons. "They put a good offer on the table," said the Kelme Illinois State Player of the Year award winner. "They have good academics, a good engineering program and a solid Division I program."
