Residential Fellows

To merge the academic and living experience, Residential Fellows, Lehigh faculty or staff members, live in our residential facilities. The Residential Fellows position strengthens the sense of community and creates opportunities for learning from faculty, staff, and peers in the living environment. Residential Fellows engage with students in their living environments through a series of programs and initiatives. The specific focus of the community is developed by the Residential Fellow with a focus on a particular academic area or theme. The fundamental mission of the program is to blend the Fellow’s area of expertise with the three Lehigh Universities Core Competencies:

  • Intellectual Exploration
  • Individual Identify Development
  • Interpersonal Development, Equity, Community and Global Engagement
