Ozzie Breiner

Ozzie Breiner, Director of Residential Services

As Director of Residential Services, Ozzie's duties are to direct, coordinate, oversee, and monitor the management of the University's Residential Services (residence halls, graduate apartments, sororities, and fraternities) from financial, programmatic, and service standpoints. He is responsible for administration, budgeting, planning, management, policy review and development, staffing, and employment issues and for ensuring that the functions and goals of all areas support and enhance the goals of the University.

Christina D'Aversa

Christina D'Aversa, Associate Director of Residential Services

As Associate Director, Christina is responsible for coordinating all assignments, activities and services within residence halls, sororities, and fraternities. She assists in providing overall vision, direction and management of all housing areas. Christina acts as a liaison to University offices concerning housing issues including: Student Life, Facilities, Budget, Admissions, and University Communications. She communicates regularly with students, parents and alumni concerning housing issues.

Alicia Herzog, Assistant Director of Residential Services

The Assistant Directors manage student billing in residential areas. They coordinate life safety information and functions in residential areas. They act as a liaison to other University offices and assist in overseeing facilities management. In addition, they educate fraternity/sorority leadership, alumni, residence hall leadership and the general student population in matters regarding house stewardship, safety, security, and fire prevention.

Brooke Zygmund

Brooke Zygmund, Assistant Director of Residential Services

Nancy Bauder

Nancy Bauder, Office Coordinator
Nancy performs administrative duties and coordinates day-to-day office procedures, provides secretarial support and inputs, edits, and customizes reports and brochures. She is responsible for supplies inventory for the office and staff offices in residence halls, maintains payroll records and interviews, hires and supervises student office staff. Nancy assists in maintaining listings of off-campus landlords and maintains computer database files for off-campus housing.

Joan Brosious

Joan Brosious, Administrative Assistant
Joan provides receptionist/clerical duties for Residential Services, greeting and assisting students and visitors and receiving and handling incoming phone calls. She inputs, edits, and customizes correspondence, memoranda and reports, and maintains appointment calendars for Residential Services.
