Providing the Best Facilities
If you studied in Linderman Library, spent nights in Packer Lab, or took classes in one of the other venerable buildings on campus, you know firsthand that the Lehigh campus can inspire your imagination and connect people across generations.
Lehigh aspires to an environment where academic and living experiences merge into an integrated learning experience. As we seek to engage Lehigh students in a full scope of experiences, we remain focused on providing spaces that inspire our students and faculty. We are also working closely with the South Bethlehem community to ensure a rich intellectual and cultural climate. In addition, Lehigh continually partners with corporations and foundations in order to develop strategic relationships that enhance both the university's and the organization's goals.
Lehigh has focused its attention on a number of key projects designed to foster an engaging environment, including:
- Caruso Wrestling Complex. The renovated training facility will be second to none, allowing Lehigh to attract top scholar-athletes and guarantee Lehigh’s status as one of the most storied programs among the nation’s wrestling powers.
- STEPS. The new initiative for Science, Technology, Environment, Policy, and Society (STEPS) provides collaborative, multidisciplinary platform providing extraordinary opportunities for undergraduate and graduate education, as well as world-class research, resulting in innovative solutions to global challenges.
- Williams Hall. Located in the heart of campus, Williams Hall will be renovated into a dynamic center for the study of globalization and the campus home for all of the key student affairs and student services offices. The renovation allows for this historic building to be integrated with the University Center, Grace Hall, and Taylor Gym in a way that will take full advantage of the natural campus flow.
