Who We Are and What We Do
Communications and Public Affairs supports Lehigh University, its Strategic Plan and its overall mission of teaching, research and service by creating and executing integrated communications and marketing strategies. We develop initiatives to build awareness and visibility for the university and provide timely, useful information about the university to various audiences, both internally and externally. We work closely with people and organizations across the institution to provide communications counsel and services that fulfill their communications needs and best represent the Lehigh brand.
Community engagement is also a critical piece of Lehigh’s strategic plan. Through community affairs, we actively participate in exciting programs and partnerships with the local community and work with university leadership, faculty and staff to make positive contributions to South Bethlehem and the region. We work to continuously strengthen existing ties while building long-term, ongoing collaborations.
