Beth S. Gallant

Professor Beth Gallant, an '86 Lehigh alum, brings her more than 25 years of marketing experience to the classroom. Working for companies like Procter and Gamble, Kraft, Pfizer and Crayola, Professor Gallant has held numerous positions not only in product management and marketing communications, but also in market research, category management and international marketing.
 
Professor Gallant as consulted on projects bringing new products to market and developing communications strategies, both domestically and internationally. Most recently her projects have been working in the Asian Pacific markets to develop branding strategies and adapting US product to appeal to these new target markets. As a consultant, she has also completed projects in Public Relations and Social Media, working with national media outlets placing brand related stories on the Today Show and in the New York Times as well as directing strategy for a client's Facebook page, Twitter and Pinterest. Working in the field allows Professor Gallant to stay current and bring what is happening in business today into the classroom and to better assist students with career education and placement.
 
She received her MBA from Columbia Business School in New York City and also acts as the advisor to the Careers in Business Entertainment Club and as the Marketing Career Advisor to the marketing majors. Her contacts within the marketing community and through her own Lehigh alumni network have assisted numerous Lehigh graduated in successful placement after graduation.
