Andrew G. Stock joined Macquarie Capital in April 2009 as a Managing Director and founding member of Macquarie's Credit Sales and Trading business. He helps lead a team that distributes and trades leveraged loans and high yield bonds among a wide variety of institutional accounts, including CLO managers, hedge funds, insurance companies, fund managers and finance companies.
Prior to joining Macquarie, Mr. Stock was a Managing Director and Head of Leveraged Loan Sales at Credit Suisse. While at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 1998, Stock served on the Leverage Finance Operating Committee and on the Syndicated Loan Underwriting Committee. During his tenure, the leveraged loan sales desk won numerous awards including Best Sales Force as voted by the Credit Investment News customer survey.
From 1989 through 1997 Mr. Stock worked in a variety of functions at Citigroup, including corporate banking, transaction structuring and loan sales.
Mr. Stock, who holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, earned a BS in Finance and Accounting from Lehigh University and an MBA from Duke University where he was recognized as a Fuqua Scholar. He serves as a volunteer on the Metropolitan Golf Association’s Tournament and Rules Committee.
Mr. Stock is a member of the Executive Committee of the Dean's Advisory Council.
