Visitors & the Community

Located in Pennsylvania’s scenic Lehigh Valley, in close proximity to both New York City and Philadelphia, Lehigh is comprised of 2,358 acres, making it one of the largest private universities in the country.  The Asa Packer Campus, Mountaintop Campus, and Murray H. Goodman Campus are contiguous.  In 2012, the university received a Stabler Foundation gift of 755 acres in nearby Upper Saucon Township.

Whether you’re visiting Lehigh as a prospective student or a visiting scholar, you’re attending one of our world-class entertainment and athletic facilities, or you’re just curious about what life on South Mountain is like, we invite you to explore both the university and the surrounding Bethlehem community. As an open and friendly campus, we encourage our neighbors and visitors to participate in university programs, attend the myriad of free lectures hosted throughout the year, take part in an art exhibit or performance, and cheer for the Mountain Hawks at Lehigh events.
