Known as THE RIVALRY, the Lehigh-Lafayette football game is the most-played college football rivalry in the nation. The two teams took to the gridiron in 1884, a mere one year after standardized football rules were established. Last year Lehigh beat Lafayette 38-21 and won the third annual Lehigh-Lafayette Giving Challenge.
This year marks the 149th game, Lafayette at Lehigh, November 23, 2013.

- More to come on this year's Lehigh-Lafayette Giving Challenge!
The Lehigh-Lafayette Challenge takes the rivalry one step further and pits us against each other in a competition to see who can rally the most donors for their alma mater. Bragging rights go to the school with the greatest number of alumni and friends who make an annual gift leading up to and during the football game. At last year's third annual challenge Lehigh trounced Lafayette with 2,748 points over their 2,592.
