Founder's Day

Founder's Day 2012 - The Founder's Day celebration recognizes the leadership of students, faculty, trustees, and alumni and friends who continue to make Lehigh such a rich and vibrant institution. The program is held in Lehigh's historic Packer Memorial Church and includes a presentation by a Lehigh senior. This year Sam Hodges, class of 2013, reflected on the principles of Asa Packer, the importance of leadership, and the power of a Lehigh education in today’s world. We also recognized new university leadership and installed Brad Scheler '74, '05P, '08P as Lehigh's new Chairman of the Board. Immediately following the ceremony, our annual Founder’s Day Rally is held on the STEPS Lawn to kick-off Homecoming weekend.
